The other day our Leighton was on set filming scenes outside with a questionable outfit which I find nice without the granny coat. This reminded me of Blair’s outfit of episode 5×08, but the jacket was less granny style there. I think the look would’ve worked better without that coat/blazer/jacket, but whatever. We know that Blair’s style can be classic at times and not always young like a woman of her age. Anyway the dress is cute, I love that it has small roses on it, and the bag and pumps of course match. The evening look was better, in my opinion. She wore a Peter Pilotto skirt + top and a headband, that with that short sleeve jacket (that FYI she also wore in ep. 4×12) and shoes made the look appear rather retro, 1920′s I’d say. Nice. Let’s hope not to see Blair with that coat too much during that episode 6×06.

FASHION – Leighton On set, August 17th
Yesterday Leighton filmed some scenes with the actress who plays Sage, a new guest star for this season that is related to Barry Watson that plays Serena’s new boyfriend that also appears in the trailer we posted few hours ago. She had a rather autumnal outfit, an orange dress and a brown cardigan. The episode they were shooting is 6×05 and has a cotillion in it (yes, a third one) and it’s supposed to air in November. I find the look perfect for the time they need to portray, but I want to wait to see which shoes they’ll have Blair wear. Her bow updo was AMAZING.

Blair Season 6 Fashion
They haven’t filmed out many times but from the few pictures we’ve got, we could still take a peek at what Blair’s clothes will be once the 6th season starts. Do you notice a change of style? She’s dressing like the old Blair pre-prince in your opinion? More mature? I don’t know what to say about the clothes we’ve seen her wearing on set for the first four episodes they’ve shot. I like some looks but other ones have yet to be my favorites. Maybe I’ll need to wait to see the outfits on-screen.

5.24 The Return of the Ring – FASHION
Last time I do the episode fashion post for this season.
The fashion of the episode wasn’t bad for anyone, I have to admit. Blair’s day outfit was well pieced together. The combo skirt/shirt/pumps with the Mulberry and the coat was awesome. She had nuances of the same group of colors and it looked nice. Her night outfit wasn’t my favorite, though.
I didn’t like the updo but I loved the bag and the coat. Her dress in the limo with her mother also had a nice pattern.
The outfit she had at the Casino was probably my favorite of the episode. Loved the make-up, the hair, and the clutch.
Have you noticed how the major pattern for this episode was red/orange/green and pink/lilac/blue? Well, thanks Eric.

5.22 Raiders of the Lost Art – FASHION
The fashion for this episode was good. Loved the Herve Leger bandage dress a lot! It fit Leighton’s body although maybe I would have chosen a different model for her. Whatever. I would have loved to see what was she wearing under the blue coat when she first meets Chuck, but that’s another story.

5.21 Despicable B – FASHION
Gotta say, the fashion for this episode was really good. Maybe I was hypnotized by the Elie Saab gown Blair wore at night or from those colored pumps she wore in the morning with the orange dress… anyway, I’ll give a good grade to this week’s fashion. Not to digress too much, but I also loved Serena’s evening dress, Lily’s day and evening dress and also Diana’s dress. The fashion for this episode was a lot better than last week’s.

5.20 Salon of the Dead – Blair Waldorf Fashion
The fashion for this episode was… meh. The hair were… meh. The fashion/hair is bad when Blair doesn’t have scenes with Chuck, have you noticed? lol.

Blair Waldorf Fashion – 5×18/5×19
No idea about these outfits. Loved the Fendi bag from 5×18 (even though they already used a green one in 5×16) and liked Blair’s hair in 5×19 when she is talking to Chuck at her penthouse. I don’t think the black dress from the lingerie party was too good and didn’t like the hair, didn’t love the pink “Princess Peach” dress either from the silly Princess thingy at the end of the episode. That dress may be Oscar de la Renta and all, but it is better in red rather than pink.

5.16 and 5.17 – Fashion
Uhm. What was the 5.16 appeal? Hated it. The 5.17 clothes were better. Loved the combo blouse/skirt and the pumps (she wore those in episode 5.07 too).
