More from the GG 100th Episode Party

Nobody gives good love triangle like Gossip Girl. It’s one of the biggest reasons the show has made it to a whopping 100 episodes, which the cast celebrated this weekend in (where else?) NYC. And E! News was on hand to dish with Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, Blake Lively and the rest of the cast.

So do the show’s über-popular duo Chuck and Blair still stand a chance? What about Dan and Blair? And which guy is Blair’s “soul mate?” Penn’s answer may surprise you…

100th Episode Scoop

Spotted: The cast and crew of Gossip Girl partying it up at Cipriani on Wall Street in New York in honor of the show’s 100th episode, which airs Jan. 30. But fans also have reason to celebrate: While the show has yet to be officially picked up for another season, Gossip Girlexecutive producers told to EW just prior to the bash that they believe a sixth season is imminent — and are planning accordingly.

“We’ve had no one saying to us, ‘Wrap it up. This is the last season.’ So we’re not [treating the season finale] as such,” said EP Joshua Safran, hoping to quell some fans’ fears that their favorite teen drama would soon fall victim to dwingling ratings. Continue reading

Of Skyscrapers, Forgiveness and New Beginnings – I Am No. 9 Podcast

A bit long recap and again, a bit chaotic, but we hope you’ll enjoy it and tell us what you think. xoxo, CBthePP

Limoversary Podcast

We tried to make a decent podcast to celebrate the Limoversary but we failed because we didn’t even wish you guys a happy CB day and we were all over the place. I hope you’ll forgive us because it’s our first audio post together, we promise to get better at it since I’m sure it won’t be the last time we make one (we had a lot of fun). So enjoy and give us some feedback. Happy Limoversary from CBthePP, xoxo

5.05 The Fasting and the Furious – Recap

Boring, boring and uneventful episode. Since there will be a break of one week (5.06 will air on Nov. 7) I figured we would have got more juicy info, but we instead had some confused stuff. I find the stuff we’ve got at the end of the epi (only part I find noteworthy) relevant for our future anyway.

The few things I liked from this epi were the scene with Chuck/Dan and then Chuck/Nate. Blair and Eleanor final scene, and Dan and Serena’s last scene. I am interested in who the heck Diana is to Chuck, but until that story unfolds, I don’t care.I hate how they’re making Blair act, she’s being weak and controlled by the Grimaldi’s, and that’s not the Blair we love. She’s doing everything she can to keep her fairytale bs still on, but she’s realizing every thing has a price, and that a fairytale is anything but fairy and happiness. Most of princes marry because they HAVE to.

My vote for this epi is 5/10.
