Hey all! As you may know, around last week, the Season 6 DVD was released. Here’s the video with the bloopers. Sad is short but they didn’t have many episodes so at least there are these bts moments.

It’s finally here, the last artwork for the last DVD of Gossip Girl ever. I must say I like it, but I don’t really adore that grey they chose. Glad that they put pictures we saw on the show but from other prospectives, and that there are so much Chuck and Blair ones (Ed is so damn hot in that picture from the trunk scene!).
To remind you, the Season 6 DVD will be released in the UK on February 11th, 2013 and it’s priced at £17.99 (22.00 euros circa, for those of you European like me). I have already pre-ordered it because the price is not bad at all, but you can wait a few months and I’m sure the price will go down. You can pre-order it here.
While, if you are American or you want to order the DVD from Amazon US, it will cost you $27.86 (21.00 euros circa) because right now it’s discounted a little. You can pre-order it here. This item will be released on February 19th, 2013.

I still can’t get over the picture with Chuck and Henry. SOB. And look! Even if Chuck and Blair didn’t interact in the flashback, they still matched.

Hi! This may be the last fashion post about GG, ever. I’m sad! Because you know how much I love(d) the fashion of this show. I hope there will be more reasons in the future to post outfits over here, I could probably post Leighton’s after she attends an event. We’ll see… anyhow, I liked the fashion of this episode. The velvet dress grew on me and all the rest. The wedding dress and entire ensamble was AWESOME. I’m biased towards Elie Saab as you may know – and the fact that they used Zanotti peep-toes made me so happy. The headband was great too, I’m so sad that it is worth a lot of money or else I would have bought it. lol. If you want to take a look at Blair’s headbands made by the designer who also created the wedding one, you can look on her website. I also loved Blair’s flashforward dress and everything. And of course, I loved each one of Chuck’s outfits too. He was wearing a McQueen suit in the FF.
And I was in love with the fact that their son Henry was matching his daddy. <3 Here you can find Blair’s fashion for the 9th episode and the ID of the outfit she’s also worn at the beginning of this last one.

Chuck and Blair were “always” endgame.
Dan was almost (accidentally) revealed as Gossip Girl in the very first episode.
Jack and Georgina totally would have been a thing if the scheduling worked out.
And Jenny Humphrey’s supercool job in the future was revealed—but you may have missed it!
We just got off the phone with executive producer Stephanie Savage to ask our lingering questions about last night’s series finale of Gossip Girl. So if you are a fan, we highly recommend you read the following Q&A, which also reveals why Lily didn’t end up with Rufus, and where Vanessa is now…

For six seasons, anonymous blogger Gossip Girl has been able to uncover pretty much any secret and sordid scandal about S, B, Lonely Boy and the rest of the Upper East Side. It’s ironic, considering what the series producers had to do to keep the identity of the unapologetically nosy snitch under wraps until Monday’s Gossip Girl series finale (8/7c on The CW).
“It’s been very nerve-wracking for me to try to keep it a secret,” co-creator and executive producer Stephanie Savage tells TVGuide.com of the many precautions taken to keep the name concealed. “But I’m excited for people to find out. The cast and crew were definitely excited when they found out so I’m hoping our fans have the same reaction.”
The show’s crew went to these great lengths to protect a secret that almost even didn’t make it into the finale at all. “We always had an idea in our minds of who Gossip Girl was, which we needed to be able to tell our stories, but we were never sure if we were going to reveal that,” Savage says. “We weren’t sure that that was something that the audience would want to know. Maybe they would like the idea of not knowing who Gossip Girl was.”

Note to anyone who (like us) thought Penn Badgley cut off his hair after he wrapped production on Gossip Girl: His buzz cut will make a very special appearance in the series finale!
We’ve scored an exclusive first look at a critical scene from Monday’s very last episode—in which we see a short-haired Dan Humphrey (Badgley) meeting up with a retro-scarfed Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick).
Ummm…Check out who’s hooking up in Gossip Girl’s series finale! We are so on board with this! Watch now
Gossip Girl showrunner Stephanie Savage confirms it’s a flashback, and also the very last scene that the show’s mains stars ever shot.
“It was actually really awesome,” Savage reveals. “I had the idea for the flashback, but the only way I felt it would remotely work is if Dan had his first-episode hair or else it’s hard to sell it as a flashback. But how hard would it be to sell Penn on cutting his hair? I was telling this to our costume designer and he said, ‘Just the other day Penn said when the show was over, he wants to cut all his hair off.’ I said I would do whatever humanly possible to make sure that was his last scene. It ended up not only being his last scene but Blake [Lively], Leighton [Meester], Chace [Crawford] and Ed’s last scenes, too. They all stuck around for each other’s coverage, we brought out a cake, it was really a great last moment for all of them. It was the perfect way to wrap them off.”
Stand by for more scoop from Stephanie about Monday’s series finale, in which Gossip Girl’s true identity will be revealed. Will you be watching?
