/ October 23, 2012Dan is just trying to manipulate her for making him stay the night, nothing more. Like Ivy said in the last epi, Dan has just become as ruthless as the UES people he claims to hate so much… and Blair maybe thinks she ‘owes’ something to him because she broke up with him without having a talk with him, and so she may believes she should do something for him… but since he’ll release an article about her and her schemy ways soon, I doubt Dan’s stay will be long, he’s going out of Blair’s in 6×05 after the Cotillion. I highly doubt he’ll be in Blair’s graces as a “friend” after then.

/ October 25, 2012Ugh… at the rate this is going on the Dan storyline, I can’t believe how they can redeem him in, what, an episode? For an unbelievably long stint as a douchebag for more than a season? Geez, Chuck’s redemption arc took so long, and even then, his character was still more rootworthy and tolerable.
I don’t know what I’m more pissed about: the possible Derena endgame or the fact that Dan is there at CB’s wedding when he doesn’t deserve to be.
