    I know that a lot of people in fandom is annoyed with the latest Leighton interviews but i honestly don’t feel this way.In a perfect world, Leighton would say things like “I hate Joshua Safran. I hate him physically for doing what he did to Blair this season and i hate even more Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage for allowing this.” You can call me naive but Leighton admitting that season 5 was a complete disaster and Blair was badly damaged it would be like an official statement that they failed because despite Safran’s departure, the lousy ratings and a shortened short final season nobody came out and said “Yes, we failed”. They just simply move on without explanation.
